Sharepoint ဆိုတာ

share point ဆိုတာက Microsoft က ထုတ်ထားတာပါ။ ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် ရုံးတွေမှာ MS office နဲ့ တစ်ယောက်က ရိုက်ထားလိုက်။ အဲဒါကို နောက်တစ်ယောက်က ပြန်ပြင်လိုက်။ ပြန်ပြင်တဲ့အချိန်မှာလည်း အရင်တစ်ယောက်က ပြင်ပြီး ရိုက်နေ။နောက်ဆုံးတော့ ဘယ်ဟာကို သုံးလို့သုံးရမှန်းမသိ ဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ အဲလိုမျိုး Excel တွေမှာလည်း ရှုပ်နေတတ်ပါတယ်။ Share Point ကို အသုံးပြုပြီးတော့ တပေါင်းတစည်းထဲ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဘယ်အချိန်မှာ ဘယ်သူပြင်သွားတယ်။ ဘယ်အချိန်မှာ ဘယ်သူ commit လုပ်လိုက်လဲဆိုတာကို သိနိုင်တယ်။ နောက်ပြီး file တွေကို group , member စတာတွေကို သီးသန့်ခွဲထုတ်ပြီး access ပေးလို့ရပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီး document တွေအကုန်ပြန်ရှာလို့ရတယ်။ Wiki Page ကိုလည်း ထည့်သွင်းထားပေးတော့ ရုံးနဲ့ ပတ်သက်တဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေ နောက်ပြီး လိုအပ်တာတွေကိုလည်း ရေးသားထားလို့ရတယ်။ နောက်ပြီး Blog feature လည်း ပါဝင်ပါသေးတယ်။ Share Point က web base သွားတာပါ။ Share Point ကို တင်ဖို့ဖို့အတွက် IIS နဲ့ SQL Server ကလိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ သူက file server တွေ အစားဝင်ရောက်လာတာလို့ ဆိုလို့ရပါတယ်။ share point ကို run ဖို့အတွက် share point server လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ Sharepoint site ကို ကိုယ်လိုချင်တဲ့ ပုံစံ တည်ဆောက်ဖို့အတွက် Share Point Designer ကို တတ်ကျွမ်းရပါမယ်။ အခုကတော့ Share point Server 2008 ပဲရှိသေးတယ်ထင်တယ်။ နောက် version တွေမှာ ASP.NET နဲ့ တွဲသုံးလို့ရလာပါမယ်လို့ Microsoft ကပြေထားပါတယ်။ Share Point Server 2010 ကတော့ beta ထွက်နေပါပြီ။

Share point ကျွန်တော်လည်း တစ်ခါမှမသုံးဖူးဘူးပါ။ကျွန်တော်တို့ကတော့ Google Docs ကိုပဲ အသုံးပြုပါတယ်။ Google Doc က ပြဿနာက ms excel မှာ graph တွေကိုဆွဲထားရင် google doc နဲ့ ဖွင့်လိုက်ရင် graph ပုံတွေ ပါမလာတတ်ပါဘူး။ နောက်ပြီး Google Doc ကို သုံးဖို့ Internet လိုပါလိမ့်မယ်။ အင်တာနက် အချိန်ပြည့်မရရင် အဆင်မပြေပါဘူး။ Share Point Server တင်ထားရင် ရုံးအတွင်း network နဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေနဲ့ အဆင်ပြေမယ်လို့ ထင်ပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်လည်း မသုံးဖူးပဲ Youtube မှာ ကြည့်ပြီး ပြန်ရေးထားပေးတာပါ။ သေချာသိချင်ရင် youtube မှာ sharepoint ဆိုပြီး ရှာလိုက်ရင် ရပါတယ်။ sharepoint ဆိုတာဘာလဲဆိုတာ မေးနေကြတာများလို့ ကျွန်တော်လည်း သိချင်တာနဲ့ youtube video ကြည့်ပြီး သူပြောထားသလောက်တွေ ပြန်ရေးထားတာပါ။ တကယ်တန်း sharepoint က ဒီထက် ကျယ်ပြန့်ပါသေးတယ်။ နောက်ထပ် အများကြီးရှိပါသေးတယ်။ youtube မှာ လေ့လာလိုချင်ရင် ရှာကြည့်လိုက်ပါ။ အဲမှာ ဘယ်လိုသုံးရလဲဆိုတာ အစလေ့လာလို့ရပါတယ်။

    Share Point ကိုတော့ သဘောကျသွားပြီး။ ရုံးမှာ Document တွေက ပွထနေပြီး ပြန့်ကျဲနေတော့ Share Point နဲ့ ထိန်းလိုက်မယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ အဆင်ပြေမယ်ထင်တယ်။ File Server အစားပေါ်လာတာဆိုတော့ Office တွေ အတွက် အဆင်ပြေမယ်ထင်တယ်။

    သိချင်တာက Share Point လိုမျိုးအလုပ်လုပ်ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ Open Source Alternative ဘာရှိသလဲဆိုတာပါ။

      ya…… just for starter. if they want more, they will googling :D I’m not M$ user and my job is not related with M$. So, i don’t need to detail about sharepoint… I just need to know Googl Apps API detail for my job :P

    ကွျှန်တော် share point server တင်တာ window workflow foundation beta 2 ကို requirement ပြနေတယ် ဘာ error လဲ . ဘာတွေတင် ရမလဲဆိုတာပြောပြပေးပါခင်ဗျာ။
